Development can be inclusive – and reduce poverty – only if all groups of people contribute to creating opportunities, share the benefits of development and participate in decision-making. Inclusive development follows the human development approach and integrates the standards and principles of human rights: participation, non-discrimination and accountability. Resources for development both in-terms of finance and trained manpower are limited.

This gap between the limited resources and the huge task of inclusive development calls for better utilisation of resources.

Our development sector consulting focuses on doing just that. Our independent division – eNvisions – is dedicated to working in the development sector.
