GMCPL is managed by a team of professionals headed by Prof. Nisar Ahmad – An MBA from the prestigious FMS, University of Delhi, and an alumnus of Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands. A former Dean of Management at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Prof. Ahmad has earlier worked with National Dairy Development Board, and Bharat Petroleum – a global fortune500 company – in various capacities in the field of Marketing, Human Resources Development, Corporate Communications, and Supply Chain Management. In the development sector he has worked on projects with Commonwealth Youth Prgramme – Asia Region, UNICEF, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, R K Swamy-BBDO, Plan, International Finance Corporation, etc.
Prof. Ahmad is a specialist in Change Management and is a Coach certified by Innovations Associates, USA for their Change Management Programmes. He is also an Occupational Testing Consultant certified by Saville Holdsworth and University of Surrey, UK.
